The location was incredible and magnificent for L'Anse aux Meadows, near to a statue of Leif Eiricksson, the Viking who established the settlement in L'Anse aux Meadows as well as Norstead, the viking village. The staff was really helpful and affable, as well as owner.

Little hotel in an incredible position on the northern Newfoundland peninsula. Accommodating and good people working here.

The food at the restaurant is good, and let's talk about the breakfast - it's awesome! They have homemade jam and bread that are delicious. 🍞 the staff here are super friendly and easy to get along with.

Great and perfect location with exceptional view of the bay. Location very close to the Norseman restaurant, L'anse aux Meadows which is beautiful and a statue. Also, on a lake. Wonderful small queen room, very comfy beds. A wide array of fabulous food.

Great selection of delicious meals available, the accommodation is clean and comfortable with beautiful water views, and most importantly located in an excellent spot on the northern Newfoundland peninsula.

The room was immaculately clean and attractive, and the big bathroom was a bonus. the property's location is great, being near a statue of Leif Eiricksson and the Norseman restaurant.

So glad we choose it, its characterful base for staying in L'Anse aux Meadows. There is a great selection of great food for breakfast. The location is incredible and particularly good, just next door to a statue of Leif Eiricksson, the Viking who established the settlement in L'Anse aux Meadows. Besides, Norstead Viking Village is 5 minutes' drive away.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was attractive, cosy and with water views. The location was marvellous and the staff were amicable. Food in the magnificent restaurant was fab.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valhalla B&B. The lodge offers a breathtaking view of the coast and harbor from its hilltop location. Our cozy room had a balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast cooked by the lovely Edna. The common room was a great spot for relaxation and reading, with a wide selection of books, including ones about the Viking settlement. Gina and Adrian, the owners, were wonderful and their restaurant, The Norseman, is a must-visit for amazing food and entertainment.
